End Election Fraud and Scandals:
Bob will ensure that the Coconino Elections offices are fair, honest and free of all political influences. Our citizens are very concerned about scandals surrounding our current Democrat Coconino County Recorder, learn more: Click Here. Leading up to the 2020 election, our Recorder took over $600,000 in dark money (politically-biased private dollars), and currently uses politically partisan private groups who influence our elections. In response, 26 States, including our AZ Governor and State Legislature, banned election’s officials from receiving these Zuckbucks. However, the dark money and partisan influences within our Coconino County Recorder’s office have never been been fully explained or made public, there has never been an independent accounting as to how the money was used, and the partisan influences appear to have continued. The AZ Secretary of State is currently being sued for breaking our laws by not removing between 500,000 to 1,300,000 illegally registered voters off of the AZ State’s voter rolls, learn more: Click Here.

Maricopa County elections officials will need to spend $20,000 or more to reprogram security equipment after an apparent theft at an election facility on June 20, 2024. Surveillance footage within the downtown Phoenix Elections Building captured an employee taking a “security fob” and keys off of a desk, and putting them into his pocket. Fobs are used to secure elections tablets, and because the fob was not recovered, the elections equipment at the facility must be reprogrammed, learn more: Click Here.

Three and a half years after the 2020 election, the Georgia State Election Board heard the results of an investigation into the Fulton County ballot recount that confirmed that election rules had been violated. The evidence brought by independent investigators showed that over 20,000 ballots were inserted into both the original results and the second machine count out of thin air. Simply put, Fulton County did not have the paper ballots to justify their original results, and they got caught, learn more: Click Here.

Your Vote Will Count:
Independents, Democrats, Republicans: As your Coconino Recorder within the second largest county in the United States, Bob promises that your vote and our elections will be trustworthy and transparent. Bob will work hard to ensure that it is easy to register, easy to vote and easy to ensure that your vote is quickly and accurately counted and recorded, for our many communities including our Native American citizens.

Make Our Elections Better:
Bob served as a lawmaker for you in the AZ State House for 8-years, working with our Legislature and Governor to improve Arizona’s election laws. Bob’s years of experience provides him with the unique knowledge and ability to write and open bill folders through the State’s Legislative Council, and to lobby and speak before the members of the AZ State Senate and House and the Governor’s office to enact important improvements to our voter laws.

Protect Your Legal Documents:
In the era of Home Title Fraud, Bob will ensure that your important documents, such as marriage licenses and your Home Title, will be legally and accurately recorded and protected. After being a Lawmaker, an Information Technology and Database Professional, working at the Price Waterhouse Accounting Firm, and also being an AZ State Licensed Home Inspector, Bob knows the vital importance of recording and protecting your important legal documents. For example, the filer of a simple quick-claim deed form must be fully and completely checked and verified before changes should be made to your home title. For added security, a home or property owner must be given the option of having the Recorder LOCK out fraudulent changes to their home title.
